Who is Terryw

Terry Waugh is admitted as both a solicitor and barrister to the Supreme Court of NSW as well as the High Court of Australia and holds specialist qualifications as a Chartered Tax Adviser. He operates as a lawyer under the incorporated legal practice Structuring Lawyers Pty Ltd specialising in tax, estate planning, asset protection, and trusts for property and share investors. He has a Masters degree in Law (Wills and Estates) and is currently undertaking another Masters degree in Law (Estate Planning).

Terry is also a licensed mortgage broker holding an Australian Credit Licence and has been a broker for almost 20 years now. He is the director of Loan Structuring Pty Ltd.

Terry has also written almost 1000 articles on various topics rated to structuring on both the www.propertychat.com.au forum as well as www.propertyinvesting.com forum posting as Terryw.
